2024Stamp Day - Sheetlets

Stamp Day is an annual international event. In most countries, the day is celebrated on the first Sunday after 9 October: the founding date of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). The UPU, also known as the Universal Postal Union, establishes the rules for international postal traffic between the member states. PostNL is celebrating Stamp Day by issuing the Stamp Day 2024 stamp sheet on 14 October 2024. The stamps feature the denomination 1 for mail up to and including 20 grams with a destination within the Netherlands. The design of the stamp sheet was created by graphic designer Sandra Smulders from Gouda, with the Queen Wilhelmina 1931-1933 postage stamps as a source of inspiration.
