Old-timers are vehicles with historical value older than 30 years. They should be complete and generally in their original condition, without major modifications. They must also be visually correct and in driving condition. Assessment of these vehicles is made on the basis of age, originality, completeness and tidiness. Old-timers talk about technical and other culture, one region or nation. Therefore, every major city organizes exhibitions with the cars which promote the city and region, and many countries for this reason, released the vehicles from the payment of duties upon registration. In all major cities are centers of old-timer owners and enthusiasts, and sometimes even the clubs are organized according to the brands of cars.
