Ladybird (lat. Coccinellidae) belongs to the family of insects, and Adalia bipunctata, Coccinella septempunctata or seven dots ladybird are some of species. When in danger both larval and adult ladybirds cause "reflex bleeding", to deter feeding. That blood contains toxic substance which deters most of birds and ants.
