Frederic Francois Chopin, one of the most prominent and the most important pianists and composers, was born on March 1st 1810 near Warsaw. When he was seven, he composed two music works, two polonaises, and when he was eight he held a concert. He was known as "another Mozart". His first piano concert, opus 21 in f-mol, he performed for the first time in Warsaw in November 1829, and the second, opus 21 in e-mol, he performed in March 1830 in National Theatre in Warsaw. When the revolution in Warsaw against Russian invader started, Chopin was in Vienna and he was disturbed by this information. He wanted to return to his homeland, but his friends persuaded him not to do so. Instead, he moves to Paris. Some of his friends were musicians Franc List, Hector Berlioz, Felix Mendelssohn, Robert Shuman and Vincenzo Bellini (whose grave was next to Chopin's), painter Eugene Delacroix and writers Honore de Balzak and George Sand, who was his mistress. He performed many concerts in Paris.
