100 Years – First Female Post Officer In 1914, Milica Latković was employed as the first female post officer in Montenegro. She was a student at the Maiden Institute in Cetinje.The Montenegro Post is publishing a commemorative edition containing a postage stamp and a First Day envelope within the edition “Stamp Day – 100 Years – First Female Post Officer”.The author of the conceptual design is Marko Zogović, a graphic designer from Podgorica.
