About Europa - Old Toys
The theme selected by the Philately Forum for the Europe 2015 edition is “Old Toys” as the things that amuse and bring joy to children as the youngest population. The Montenegro Post is publishing a commemorative postage stamp, a block and a First Day envelope within the edition “EUROPE Old Toys”. The author of the conceptual design is Zoran Popović, a graphic designer from Podgorica.
