Rijeka Cijevna springs on the northern side of Prokletije. Upstream flows through Albania under the name Cem Selcit, and enters Montenegro south of the mountain Suka Mizdarkut, and that part of the stream is 33 km long. It stretches with a deep cliff, which gradually decreases and extends. Cijevna canyon is one of the largest botanical sites in Europe, along the river there are numerous beautiful sandy beaches.Due to narrow passages, large oysters and the vicinity of the plain on which the vineyards lay, the Cijevna canyon is one of the most beautiful in Montenegro. A special beauty is the waterfall on the Cijevna River, rich in large quantities of water. Nevertheless, during August, when the Cijevna river dries in many places, the waterfall remains without water. The Post of Montenegro, within the scope of the edition "Nature Protection", publishes a special edition of the postage stamp containing a single stamp and First Day Envelope. The author of the idea is Zoran Popović, a graphic designer from Podgorica.
