The starting point of European integration policy is the necessity to provide employment opportunities to the persons who immigrate to another country. That will ensure their regular income and economic independence, security and social status, the opportunity to establish relationship with majority of the population and the social integration as well. It would provide better status, integration policy that is oriented to their needs, the country with a lot of opportunities and the future in EU, development of tolerance and democracy in their true meaning, as well as being equal regarding language and culture in European region.
