About Radoslav Dodig’s First Death Anniversary
Radoslav Dodig was one of the most famous Herzegovinians and his love for archaeology and history was unimaginable. He was born on 6 April 1954 at Prolog (Ljubuški). He completed secondary education at the classical gymnasium in Split and studied classical philology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje. He earned his master degree from the Department of Archaeology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Zagreb. His master thesis was titled „Area of Ljubuški in Antiquity”. Due to the incurable disease, he was unable to present his PhD thesis, titled „Rise and Fall of Ardiaei”. He died on 17 June 2016 in Ljubuški, where he was buried.
