2013Christmas and New Year (Christmas) - Set

The mystery, the mystery of Christmas is the Mystery of God who became the Man. God bends toward man, tailor-made man in order to make him resemble to Him, that man would become a child of God and heir of heaven. Christ’s birth is the culmination of God’s love and part of His plan for our salvation. It is a miracle that God has given us, the miracle that will never be surpassed. And this year Christmas whishes to lay this beautiful gospel in our hearts. However, we are all on our way to put Christmas in a superficial and consumer holiday but deep in our hearts we feel that it is not enough. It is unfortunate that instead of considering the Mystery and grace of God’s Incarnation, the world does not recognize the Messiah again in a Newborn but it seeks him in "miracles“ of the modern era. Instead of the living God, who offers life in abundance, the world meets its need with confusing consumer hysteria behind it will find nothing but vanity of vanities. This world needs God’s love and the people who love. Follow this path because God needs us in order that his Good News has mouth, hands, legs and heart, in order to be and stay alive.
New Year and New Year’s Eve have a deep symbolism of a new beginning, hope and faith in a better tomorrow, leaving bad habits behind and brave striding into the new day. Filled with love that we are fed for Christmas and with joy with which we greet the New Year, truly awakes hope that new day brings a lot of good for all of us.
