The manor is in the village of Čiobiškis, Širvintos district. It was built in the 16th century. The manor is located in a valley at the confluence of the Neris and Musė rivers.
During its later history, this building belonged to the Švikovski family and later to the Pilsudski family. During the reign of the latter, in the 19th century, the construction of brick manor house buildings began.
Čiobiškis manor is one of the most exclusive classicism style manors in Lithuania.
In the interwar period, the Čiobiškis manor passed to the state of Lithuania, which had restored its independence, and a children's shelter was established there, and after the Second World War, a boarding school. From 1965 to 2011 In the Čiobiškis manor, there was a special home for raising and caring for children.
Currently, various cultural and festive events, conferences and meetings are organized in the manor.
