Joint Issue Monaco - French Southern and Antarctic Lands

Ten years after their first joint philatelic issue, the Principality of Monaco and the French Southern and Antarctic Lands will unveil, during MonacoPhil 2022, the block of their second joint issue honoring the centenary of the death of Prince Albert I.
