Armenian Traditional Cuisine

On September 16th, 2022, one postage stamp dedicated to the theme “Armenian Traditional Cuisine” has been put into circulation.

The postage stamp with the nominal value of 380 AMD depicts the Armenian traditional gata.

Gata is an Armenian pastry with filling made of flour, sugar and butter. Gata is a symbol of family unity and well-being. Armenian families have always been baking the traditional gata, especially on holidays.
