At the congress of the European Cayak-Canoe Federation, held in Turkey, it was decided to Banjaluka 2011 to host the European Championships in cayak and canoe for juniors under 18 years old and younger seniors to 23 years.
European Championship for juniors and seniors to 23 years in cayaking and canoeing on white water, „Banjaluka-Vrbas 2011“ will be held in mid-July, the month in the canyon Tijesno, on the river Vrbas and expected to arrive over 1,000 participants from almost all European countries.
