About Sepac - Spectacular Views

The theme chosen for this year's SEPAC (Small European Postal Administration Cooperation) issue is 'Spectacular Views' when members will be issuing stamps illustrating views of landscapes of their respective countries.

The images for the Malta stamps were the winning photos from a competition that was held last year. The competition provided a unique opportunity for local photographers to showcase their work and have this featured on a postage stamp.
