Christmas

The Christmas 2007 stamps have been designed using specially created photographs of beautiful porcelain figurines of the Nativity. All efforts have been directed at bringing toeach figurine to life via close ups that reveal the meticulous attention to detail and the exquisite sculpting.

The expressions and sentiments of each figurine appear to breathe life into each character. The stamps have been immaculately and carefully printed using the latest technologies and include a double coat of varnish over all the surfaces to recall the look and feel of porcelain. The reverse side of the stamps (gum side) includes biblical quotes relating to each of the stamps.
